Q1. Are you manufacturer or tradecompany?

A: We have one own factory more than 10 years and 3 type deep cooperation factories(stainless steel/plastic/silicon kitchen product).Another products our trade company will try to improve. Our vision is grow up with buyer and all raw materials factories.

Q2. Can I customized packing and logo?

A: MOQ 1000pcs usually. You can send your logo and package design by ADR or Adobe illustrator files to us for production.

Q3. Can you provide OEM or ODM service?

A: We are good at OEM/ODM service order for 10 years.ODM service: If you need ODM service then also need provide your product design and ideas then our R&D department will help to reply you in 3-5 working days.

Q4. Can I get samples? How long is the sample lead time?

A: Yes.If you need confirm the sample quality before order then we can support it. While you help to do the sample and shipping cost payment then we will ship it to you in 1-3 working days.

Q5. What is your MOQ for your product?

A:Our RTS(ready to ship) product MOQ usually is 1 carton.Customized product MOQ usually is 1000 pcs.

Q6. What's the warranty period for your product?

A: All for our productsare with 1 year quality warranty.

Q7. What the deliverytime for RTS orderor customized order?

A: For RTS order we will ship to you in 7-15 working days while we confirm your full payment.For Customized order will depend on your details requested.It will be 15-35 working days at least.

Q8. How can we guarantee quality?

A: We build our own professional QC system. Including different aspects of test room&lab and whole QC team. 100% QC inspection before shipment

Q9.What materials are usually used?

The materials used are safe and free of toxic substances, they include
Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTEE): a synthetic, non-polymer, high-temperature resistant, non-hydrophobic, non-stick material;
Stainless steel: resistant to weakly corrosive media such as air, steam and water;
Aluminum: not only light weight and hard texture, but also has good ductility, electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, heat resistance and nuclear radiation resistance;
glass: transparent, brittle, impermeable, and with a certain degree of hardness;
etc.
